What we do with what you send us.

What we collect. When you use the contact form, we receive the name, work email, and (optionally) company and message you type in. That is all. We do not collect anything else from your visit.

Why. To reply to your request. If you ask for a bottleneck audit, we use your details to get back to you and, if you say yes, to run it.

How long we keep it. Only as long as it takes to answer you and any conversation that follows. We do not keep a marketing database.

Who sees it. Us. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with a third party, and we do not add you to any list.

No cookies, no tracking. This site is static. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers. Nothing is loaded from another server.

Your rights. You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to us and we will take care of it.
